Where were you raised? Has the landscape of that place influenced your work in any way?

I was raised in Wales. In the summer it is hazy and all the rain makes everything grow bright green, but from a distance the hilly landscape looks misty and purple-grey. 

In the same way I hope my work can be enjoyed close up for the detail and far away for the shapes and color.

How do you re-charge your creative battery?

Playing with new materials recharges me. 

What book are you reading?

The power, by Naomi alderman.

What was the last thing that you fell in love with?

My new pink mimosa tree that bloomed like crazy all summer.

What do you love most about yourself?

My long strong hands
