Where were you raised? Has the landscape of that place influenced your work in any way?
Raised in southern ca and spent most summers in Maui.
Yes, spending my childhood in both places really influenced me and I feel a sense of balance experiencing both. There’s some amazing energy in both places and also growing up by the Beach.
Do you collect anything?
I collect instruments and sacred items for my meditation altar.
What was the last thing that you fell in love with?
The last thing that I fell in love with is an instrument the hand pan.
What do you love most about yourself?
What I love most about myself is my resilience determination, devotion and dedication to the spiritual path and my spiritual teacher.
What is your favorite smell? How does it make you feel? Or what memory does it bring you toward?
Favorite smell of roses and sandalwood reminds me of the divine feminine / divine mother. It opens my heart and ground me.
Also reminds me of my time with my spiritual teacher and India. It brings good memories of divine love, community, connection, and celebration.
Is there a place or activity that helps you to access (magic/ love/ god/ spirit/ the universe/ mother nature/ higher self/ the divine/ a power greater) than yourself?
I most feel the divine when I’m singing and chanting to the divine especially out in nature, in community and in groups.
What book are you reading?
Current book: Messages from Amma: In the Language of the Heart.
What object do you hold most dear?
Object I hold host dear my altar to divine mother / my Sri yantra that lights up. Sacred geometry on my altar.
If you could change one thing about our world, what would it be? Is there an individual or an organization doing work in this area that you want us to know about?
If I could change one thing about our world I would help empower women and children and help sex workers and help to end all sex trafficking on this planet so that all can fully know their power intelligence and self worth to create abundance through their creativity and his given gifts. I would help awaken the sacred feminine energy and universal motherhood in all the men so they all have honor and reverence for women and support them in good clean clear healthy ways. I would help restore the balance and harmony between the masculine and feminine on the planet.
