I always start my day with…
cuddle with my kitty ANDROMEDA , light incense/ sitting in gratitude/ chanting and or listening to healing mantras even for a few minutes.
Where were you raised? Has the landscape of that place influenced your work in any way?
London, England
Yes I feel rooted in the history and the character of London, it is deeply nostalgic for me and I still love walking the different parts and discovering secret hidden spots and historical places where notable poets and artists once lived, it is full with history and magical eccentric nooks and crannies still to be explored.
What was the last thing you fell in love with?
Palo Azul ~
A delicious herbal tea from the bark of a small tree/shrub well renowned in herbal indigenous medicine of Mexico.
When brewed it glows with a luminescent blue light that is just magical.
It is known as kidney wood, helpful against kidney stones, acts as a diuretic that helps us detox without losing potassium. How do you recharge your creative battery?
Chi Gung helps me slow down and tune in to the energy of everything- I am trying to get back to a daily practice, also being in water and in nature or just in nature.
What’s on your Bucket List.
To tend bees, to start painting again.
To take a prolonged dieta in the Amazon jungle. This is when you go to diet with /sit with a specific master plant for healing and expanding consciousness for a month at a time, Traditionally it would be for a year at minimum to become initiated as a shaman. A prolonged trip to travel India to travel around first, then a month long retreat in an Ayurvedic hospital with Ayurvedic panchakarma and all the treatments.
